ondooh is a service provided by on.digital ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. If you have any questions, email hello@ondooh.co.uk.
What we collect
When you fill in our form or email us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), business name, business postcode, business type, goals, timing and any message you include.
We also record basic information about how you reached the form, such as the page you were on and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a plan with screens for your area.
- To plan, book and report on any campaign you choose to run with us.
- If you tick the box, to tell you when online booking launches.
- To understand which of our marketing works, so we can improve it.
Our lawful basis
We use your details to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (replying to your enquiry and preparing a plan), and for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business. Where you ask for product updates, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed with the services that help us run ondooh, such as our website host, email and form tools, and, if you book a campaign, the screen owners and advertising platforms that show your ad. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and campaign records for as long as we need them for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@ondooh.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
